About five million muslims of France now have their own media. Oumma.com, established at 2000, becomes effective media to promote moderate muslims voices and improve islam's image in Europe.

The site has been managed by only 4 people: redactor, 2 journalists and photograper. Said Branine, chief of redaction, said that oumma.com has been believed as media to transform muslims in France from being object of media to be effective player in the field.

Growing Muslims and Shortage of Mosque in Spain

Fast growing Muslims in Spain need enough mosques to performing worships. Muslims in the country have been growing up to a million from about 50.000 before 10 years. They are now facing dearth of mosque to pray, but they are devoting serious efforts to overcome the problem.

Some local governments in Spain welcome the efforts and realize changing fact in Spain's soceity. "We used to have a dominant religion, and now we have many religions, and we have to find a way of respecting that fact,"......
